My experience at this eye care clinic was mostly positive! I appreciated the friendly staff who made my daughter feel at ease during her appointment. The eye test was thorough, and they took their time answering our questions, which was great. The doctor seemed knowledgeable and really connected with my child. I also thought the location was quite convenient for us. However, I did notice that the appointment scheduling could be improved. We had a bit of trouble getting through on the phone to make the initial appointment, and it would’ve been nice to have more availability on weekends. Nevertheless, I feel confident about the eye care my daughter received, and I would definitely recommend this place to other parents looking for specialized care for their kids. Just a few tweaks, and it would be even better!

I can't say enough good things about our experience! The staff here are incredibly friendly and patient, especially when working with my anxious little one. They took the time to explain everything to her in a way she could understand, which made all the difference. We were seen promptly, and the waiting area was clean with a nice selection of toys to keep kids entertained. The optometrist was thorough and answered all my questions, ensuring we felt comfortable about the upcoming appointment. I really appreciated the personalized care we received. The only thing I would suggest is maybe having some more colorful decorations in the waiting area to create a more inviting atmosphere for the kids.
