One little thing I’d suggest is to improve their wait times; I noticed it can get busy during peak hours. However, the service is so friendly and helpful that I don’t mind waiting a bit. As someone who's been with this credit union for years, I can confidently say that I wouldn't trust my finances with anyone else. The customer service here is top-notch! Just last week, I had to make an urgent transaction, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. They were quick to resolve my issue while also ensuring that I understood everything that was happening. Additionally, their online banking features have improved significantly over the past few months, making it super easy to manage my accounts without any hassle. One thing I would love to see is extended hours on Saturdays. I often have errands to run during the week and would appreciate being able to drop by on weekends. I had the pleasure of visiting this credit union for the first time last week, and I must say I was impressed! The staff greeted me with such warmth and friendliness that it instantly put me at ease. I was there to open a new account, and the process was incredibly smooth. The representative took the time to explain all the different account options available, which I really appreciated. I felt like they genuinely cared about finding the best fit for my financial needs. The only minor downside was that the parking lot was a bit crowded during my visit, but once I got inside, the experience was absolutely worth it. I recently switched to this credit union after being with a big bank for far too long, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I had a lot of questions about loan options, and the loan officer took her time to walk me through each of them without making me feel rushed. I also really appreciated the transparency regarding fees and rates; there were no hidden surprises, which is often the case with larger banks. One aspect that could use a little improvement is their mobile app; it’s functional but could use some updating for a more user-friendly experience. Even so, the overall warmth of the staff and the community involvement they demonstrate make up for it. I’m really looking forward to continuing my banking journey here!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! The personal touch is what really sets them apart. I opened my account a few months ago, and since then, I’ve felt like I’m more than just a number. The representatives have taken the time to remember my name and greet me each time I visit. It’s not something you see often! They also offer great educational resources on budgeting and managing debt, which have helped me tremendously. The only slight drawback is that they close on weekends, which can be a hassle for someone with a busy weekday schedule. Still, the amazing service and friendly staff make every visit worthwhile. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a credit union that truly cares!
