I can't say enough good things about my experience! I rented a truck for a family relocation and was pleasantly surprised by how easy everything was. The staff went above and beyond, even helping me load some of the heavier items into the truck. The truck was spotless and had all the necessary equipment, like dollies and moving pads, which made my life so much easier. I appreciated that they took the time to walk me through the features of the truck and answered all my questions patiently. One minor issue was that I found the pricing a bit on the higher side, especially for last-minute rentals. It might be helpful to look into booking in advance for better rates. Nevertheless, the excellent customer service made it worthwhile, and I will definitely return for any future rental needs!

I had a fantastic experience renting a truck here! The staff was friendly and really made the process smooth. They helped me select the perfect truck for my cross-country move, and everything went off without a hitch. The return process was quick and easy too. My only small complaint is that the office can get a bit crowded during peak hours, which made the wait a little longer than I would have liked. I also loved that they offered a variety of rental options, including one-way rentals, which was perfect for my situation. On the downside, I did find that their weekend hours could be a bit limiting. They’re only open for a few hours on Saturday and closed on Sunday, so planning around that was a bit tricky for my schedule. However, the overall experience was so positive that I would absolutely recommend them for anyone needing a truck rental. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future moves!

Fantastic service overall! I recently rented a truck for a local move, and the staff was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the options. They even offered tips on loading and unloading efficiently, which I really appreciated. The truck was spacious and easy to drive, making the entire experience much less stressful than I had feared. My only suggestion would be to have more signage in the parking lot, as I had a bit of trouble locating the return area. But honestly, that’s a minor detail compared to the excellent service I received!
