I’ve been a member for over a year now, and I have to say, the level of service here is outstanding! The loan officers are knowledgeable and always willing to help. I recently refinanced my car loan, and the process was quick and simple. I also enjoy their community involvement; it’s nice to see a financial institution that cares about its members. However, I do wish the parking situation was a bit better—sometimes it can get crowded during peak hours. Still, the service makes it worth visiting!

I recently opened an account and couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I appreciate how they seem genuinely interested in helping customers rather than just pushing products. The online banking system is also very user-friendly, making it easy to manage my finances. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be to extend their Saturday hours a bit longer for those of us who work during the week. Overall, though, it’s been a great experience so far!
