I had a wonderful experience here when I took my SUV for some routine maintenance. The staff were incredibly helpful, and I was impressed that they didn't try to upsell me on services I didn’t need. The oil change was done quickly, and they even checked my tires and brakes at no additional cost, which was a pleasant surprise. Everyone was so friendly, making what could have been a boring wait a lot more enjoyable. The only thing that could be improved is the coffee in the waiting area; it could be a little stronger! What a fantastic auto repair experience! I was referred by a friend and honestly, they did not steer me wrong! Right from the start, the staff made me feel valued. I had an issue with my transmission that had me worried, but they took the time to walk me through the diagnostics process, explaining everything thoroughly. They even provided a loaner car while mine was being worked on, which was a lifesaver! The repair took a few days, but I was kept updated throughout the process via text, which I really appreciated. The pricing was very fair, and considering the high level of service, I felt I got a great deal. They clearly care about their customers, which is refreshing. The only feedback I have is that I'd love to see them expand their waiting area because it can get a bit cramped during peak times. Despite that, I have no hesitation in giving them five stars! I will definitely be coming back for all my future car repairs!

I can't say enough good things about my experience at this auto repair shop! For years, I’ve struggled to find a reliable mechanic, and I am thrilled to have finally found one. The service team was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. I brought my older model in for some engine issues, and they provided a detailed inspection report, highlighting not just what needed to be fixed but also what might need attention in the future. I also appreciated that they didn't pressure me into unnecessary repairs, which is a common issue I've faced elsewhere. While I was waiting, I noticed that they kept the shop immaculately clean and organized, which is always a good sign. The pricing was very reasonable too. The only thing I’d suggest is perhaps extending the Saturday hours, as I had to rush a bit to make it before closing. But honestly, with the level of service I received, I’m happy to adjust my schedule for them! I left feeling like I’d found my go-to auto repair shop.
