I’ve been taking my car to this shop for a couple of years now, and my experience has been mostly positive. The mechanics are knowledgeable and always explain what needs to be done, which gives me confidence in their work. Last time I was there for some routine maintenance, the service was prompt, and I appreciated the detailed report I received afterward. The only thing I think could be improved is their communication; sometimes, it takes a while to get an update if the repairs take longer than expected. What a fantastic experience! I brought my SUV in for a brake check, and the team was so efficient. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had it fixed in no time. I really appreciated their quick turnaround and the fact that they didn’t try to upsell me on services I didn’t need. The only thing I would say is that it would be nice if they had a coffee machine in the waiting area! Other than that, I couldn’t be happier. I’ll be returning for my next oil change for sure.
