I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received from this pest control company. When I first called, I expected a long wait time, but they were able to send someone out the very next day. The technician was punctual and incredibly knowledgeable, taking time to explain the entire process from start to finish. I was dealing with a wasp nest outside, and he made quick work of it, ensuring the area was safe for my kids to play again. The only hiccup was that the follow-up appointment was scheduled a bit later than I anticipated, but it was still within a reasonable timeframe. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of pest control!
