Overall, I had a decent experience at this repair shop. I took my vehicle in for some routine maintenance and was happy with the service. The staff were polite and knowledgeable, and they completed the job in a timely manner. What stood out to me was the transparency; they explained what they were doing and why, which helped ease my mind. However, I did notice that the waiting area could use a little more organization; it felt a bit cluttered with magazines and tools lying around. It would be nice if they could tidy that up for a better customer experience. Nevertheless, I would consider returning for future services because of the solid work they did on my car.

I had a great experience here! Recently, I took my car in for a routine check-up since I was due for an oil change and some tire rotation. I’m always a bit anxious about auto repairs, but the team made it so easy. They explained everything clearly and even showed me some of the wear on my tires, which was really helpful. It felt good to see everything firsthand instead of just being told about it. The service was quick, and I was in and out in no time! The waiting area is comfortable, with coffee and snacks, which is always a plus. My only suggestion would be to offer online booking; it would make scheduling appointments even more convenient. But regardless, I left feeling satisfied and confident that my car was in great shape. Will definitely return for future services!
