As someone who isn’t particularly car-savvy, I often dread going to auto shops. However, my experience here was nothing short of fantastic. The staff were incredibly patient and took the time to address all my questions without making me feel rushed or silly for asking. I came in for a simple tire rotation, but I ended up getting valuable advice on tire maintenance that I had never considered before. The waiting area was comfortable, and there were refreshments available, which made the time fly by. I do wish they had longer hours on weekends since my schedule can be hectic during the week. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this auto repair shop! I had a flat tire and was in a bit of a panic, but the team here was fantastic. They got me in quickly and assessed the damage right away. Not only did they fix my tire, but they also checked the others to make sure everything was in good shape. What impressed me the most was their honesty; they could have easily upsold me on a new tire, but they assured me my flat could be repaired. The pricing was very reasonable, and they didn’t tack on hidden fees, which I’ve encountered at other places. The only thing I would suggest is for them to improve their online booking system; it would make scheduling appointments much easier. Overall, a stellar experience, and I’ll definitely be returning for any future tire needs!
