I recently took my Golden Retriever to this groomer, and I can't express how thrilled I am with the experience! From the moment we walked in, I felt a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and made me feel at ease, which is a big deal since my dog can be a bit anxious around new people. They took their time assessing my dog's grooming needs and offered me a thorough explanation of what they would do. I appreciated their attention to detail, especially when it came to brushing out those pesky tangles! The grooming area was spotless and well-organized, which made me trust that my pup was in good hands. After the grooming, my dog looked absolutely stunning! I took my Beagle here for a grooming session, and I was beyond pleased with the results! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to discuss my dog's specific needs. They did a fantastic job with the bath and trimming, and I could see that they genuinely love pets. The prices are reasonable, too! One small thing I noticed was that the appointment scheduling could be a bit smoother, but it didn’t overshadow the great experience we had. I will definitely be coming back for more grooming sessions!

I brought my cat here for grooming, and I was super impressed! The staff was friendly and really knew how to handle my feline furball. They even gave me a nice little report card on her behavior during the session. My only wish is that they could have a few more options for cat grooming, but overall, I had a great experience!

I took my two dogs here last week, and while I was overall pleased with the service, there were a few hiccups. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but it took longer than I expected for them to finish the grooming—almost an hour and a half! I understand that they want to do a thorough job, and my dogs came out looking amazing, but I was hoping for a quicker turnaround. I also noticed a small area in the grooming room where the floor could use a little more cleaning. However, the groomers were extremely knowledgeable and gave me some fabulous tips for keeping my pups’ coats in top shape. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of work they provided. I would recommend this place, just be prepared for a bit of a wait!
