If I had to nitpick, I’d say the parking situation can be a bit tight during busy hours, but that’s a minor inconvenience compared to the great service. I've been a member for several years, and I truly appreciate the personal touch this credit union provides. From the first day I walked in, the staff greeted me with friendly smiles and a willingness to help. I do wish their ATM network was a bit larger, as sometimes I find it challenging to locate one that's not out of my way. However, the excellent customer service and tailored advice I've received make it worth sticking around. Having been a member of this credit union for over a year now, I can genuinely say it feels like a breath of fresh air compared to traditional banks! The customer service is top-notch—each visit, I’m met with smiling faces and a willingness to help. They guided me through setting up my auto loan with so much patience and clarity. The loan terms were reasonable, and the interest rate was lower than I anticipated! I also appreciate the community involvement they exhibit; it feels good to know my money is being used to help local initiatives. One minor critique would be that their mobile app could use a little more functionality, like real-time notifications for transactions. Despite this, I’m thoroughly satisfied and will be recommending them to my friends and family without hesitation!

This credit union has really exceeded my expectations! The team is super friendly, and they took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated as a first-time borrower. I was a bit overwhelmed with everything at first, but they guided me through the entire process of getting a loan. I also like that they have Saturday hours, making it easier for me to visit after work. My only suggestion would be to have more online tutorials for new members to help with navigating the website. Overall, though, I've had a fantastic experience and can’t recommend them highly enough!
