I had a really great experience at this ENT office! The staff was super friendly and the appointment scheduling was a breeze. I was in and out efficiently, and Dr. Jones was so knowledgeable and kind. He answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. The only thing I would suggest is maybe have some more reading material in the waiting area. Other than that, I left feeling confident in my treatment plan and grateful for the care I received!
