I recently opened a personal account, and I've been really happy with my experience so far. The staff is friendly and helpful, which makes banking a lot less intimidating for someone like me who isn't super financially savvy. However, I did notice that the lobby can get a bit busy during peak hours, which sometimes leads to a longer wait than I’d like. I’ve been banking with this place for a few months now and have had a pretty good experience. Their mortgage rates are competitive, and the application process was straightforward. Every representative I spoke with was attentive and ensured I understood every step of the process. I also appreciate that they offer financial education resources – it’s great to have access to workshops and materials. The only downside, in my opinion, is that they’re closed on weekends, which can be a bit inconvenient if I need to run errands.
