I’ve been using this storage service for my boat for the past few months, and I’ve had a really positive experience. The staff is friendly, and they take the time to answer any questions I have. I love how accessible my boat is; I can get to it whenever I need, which is perfect for impromptu weekend trips. Also, the pricing is reasonable compared to other places I checked out. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it is, especially given the high level of service. There’s plenty of space to maneuver my trailer, which has been a huge relief compared to tighter facilities I’ve used before. The only suggestion I would have is to possibly extend their office hours for customer convenience. Sometimes I wish I could pick up my boat a bit later in the evening. I recently stored my RV at this facility and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and extremely helpful. They guided me through the entire process of checking in and made sure I understood all the options available for storage. I was really impressed by the level of security they have in place. The whole facility is gated and you need a passcode to enter, which gives me peace of mind when I leave my RV there for extended periods. The grounds are well-maintained and clean, which is always a good sign. I also appreciated the fact that they offer a variety of storage sizes; I was able to find a spot that perfectly fit my needs without any hassle. One thing I did notice, though, was that the signage could be a bit clearer when directing you to the different storage areas. It took me a moment to figure out where to go, but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall, this storage facility exceeded my expectations. I feel comfortable leaving my RV in their care, and I plan to recommend them to my friends who are also RV enthusiasts. If you’re in need of a safe and reliable place to store your vehicle, I highly recommend checking this place out! Their customer service alone sets them apart from other storage options I’ve used in the past. Five stars all the way!
