I had a fantastic experience with this plumbing service when my water heater decided to quit on me. From the first phone call, the staff was courteous and understanding of my situation. They scheduled a visit for the very next day, which I really appreciated since I was without hot water. When the technician arrived, he introduced himself and immediately got to work. He was thorough, explaining each step of the process as he went along. I learned quite a bit about water heaters and maintenance from him! The installation of the new unit was seamless, and they even took the old one away for me. I felt confident in their expertise, and the price was exactly what they quoted over the phone. If there’s one area for improvement, I’d say they could have sent a text notification when the technician was on his way, but that’s a small detail.
