As someone who has been with this bank for years, I can confidently say it has its strengths. The customer service is generally excellent; I've always found the staff to be helpful and ready to assist with any questions I have. Recently, I visited the branch in Chesapeake to discuss some loan options, and the representative I spoke with was knowledgeable and patient, guiding me through each step. I also appreciate the extended hours on weekdays, which makes it convenient for those of us with busy schedules. However, I did notice that during my last visit, there was a bit of a wait, and there were only two tellers available at peak time. It would be great if they could staff a little more during busier hours to improve the flow. Overall, I really enjoy banking here and feel confident that my financial needs are in capable hands!
