My experience at this bank has generally been positive. The financial advisor I worked with was knowledgeable and gave me sound advice on my investments. I had a mini-crisis regarding my retirement account, and they were incredibly responsive and reassuring, making the entire process less stressful. The branch itself is conveniently located and well-kept, which is always a plus. That said, one of the things I wish they would improve on is their hours during the weekend; having only weekday hours can be inconvenient for those of us who work full-time. It would be amazing to have at least a few hours open on Saturday. Overall, I’m satisfied with the services provided and look forward to continuing my banking relationship here.

As a long-time customer, I can say the branch has its ups and downs. Their online services are pretty convenient, and I love the mobile app for checking my balance and transfers. Recently, I had an issue with a fraudulent charge, and the staff was super helpful in resolving it. They acted quickly and with professionalism, which I really appreciated. However, I’ve noticed that sometimes the tellers can be a bit slow during peak hours. It would be great if they could add an extra staff member during those times to speed things up. Despite that, I still feel confident banking here and would recommend them for their customer service and reliability.
