My experience visiting this bank was generally positive. I walked in to open a new checking account, and I was greeted by a friendly representative who immediately made me feel welcome. They spent a good amount of time discussing my options and answering all my questions, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere was inviting, and I felt like they genuinely cared about my needs. However, I did notice that there were only a couple of staff members available during peak hours, which led to a short wait. If they could increase staff during busy times, that would greatly improve the overall experience. Nevertheless, I left feeling confident in my choice and with a great new banking partner!

I recently went in for a loan consultation and was impressed by the knowledge of the staff. They walked me through everything step-by-step and made sure I understood all the terms.
