I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here! I went in to open a new checking account, and the representative was so friendly and patient. They explained all the features and helped me set up my account with ease. I also love the fact that they offer a good range of ATMs, which is super convenient. The only area I think they could improve on is communication about wait times; I had to wait a bit longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. Still, I left feeling very positive about my decision to bank here. I think they have a fantastic team, and I'm looking forward to using their services in the future!

I've been banking here for a couple of years now, and overall, I have to say it's been a pretty good experience. The staff is friendly and usually quite helpful, especially when I need assistance with my account. I recently had a small issue with my debit card, and they resolved it quickly. However, the drive-thru hours could use a bit of adjustment; sometimes I find myself wishing it was open later in the evening. Other than that, I appreciate the convenience of online banking and mobile deposits. Definitely worth considering if you're looking for a reliable bank.

I had a really positive experience at this bank! The customer service was top-notch. I walked in to ask about a loan and was greeted by a friendly representative who was very knowledgeable. The only downside was that I had to wait for about 15 minutes before being assisted, but once I was with someone, they made up for it with their efficiency.
