I’ve switched to this bank after being unhappy with my previous one, and I couldn’t be more satisfied! The representatives here are always welcoming and ready to help. As a small business owner, I rely heavily on my bank for support, and I’ve found this place to be outstanding! Their business account options are flexible, and their online banking platform is surprisingly intuitive. Last week, I needed assistance with a loan application, and the loan officer was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, guiding me through every step. My only suggestion would be to extend Saturday hours a bit; it would help those of us who can’t make it during the week. But honestly, I can't complain too much since the service quality makes it worth it!
