I can't say enough good things about my experience at this foot and ankle center! After suffering from persistent heel pain for several weeks, I finally decided to seek help. Upon arrival, I was struck by how organized the place was. The check-in process was quick, and I barely spent any time in the waiting room. When I met the podiatrist, he was very attentive and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire assessment. He was thorough in his examination and offered multiple treatment options that I hadn’t considered before. One thing that stood out was how he didn’t just focus on my immediate pain; he also talked about preventative measures and how to maintain healthy feet in general. It felt more like a collaborative approach rather than just being told what to do. I left with a clear understanding of my issue, a treatment plan, and even some helpful exercises to incorporate into my daily routine. The only area for improvement would be the online patient portal. It could use a bit more user-friendliness, as I found it somewhat difficult to navigate when trying to access my appointment details. But other than that, my entire visit was fantastic! I’m now back to my regular activities without any pain, and I truly appreciate the care I received.
