I just had the best experience here! I went in for a car loan and was pleasantly surprised by how easy everything was. The representative explained every step of the process and helped me find the best rate. I loved how they took the time to understand my budget and needs. The only thing I would mention is that their location can be a bit tricky to find at first; maybe they could do a bit more signage outside? Other than that, I walked out feeling confident and informed about my financial decisions. I can't wait to work with them again!

I recently opened an account here, and I have to say, my experience has been quite positive! The staff is very helpful and took the time to walk me through the different account options, which I really appreciated. I was impressed by how quickly they processed my application and set everything up. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, which makes visiting feel more personal than a typical bank. One thing I would suggest is perhaps having a few more staff members available during peak hours. I went in on a Monday, and there was a bit of a wait. However, the representative who helped me was very attentive and answered all my questions with patience. Overall, I’m happy with my choice, and I think this credit union has a lot to offer its members!
