I had a fantastic experience at this repair shop! My snowblower broke down right before the first big storm of the season, and I was worried I wouldn’t find anyone to help on such short notice. But the team here was so accommodating! They squeezed me in and had my snowblower fixed in no time. I was particularly impressed with how knowledgeable the staff was—they walked me through what the issue was and how they would fix it. The pricing was very reasonable as well. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it might be the communication on updates; I had to call to check in a couple of times. Still, their expertise and friendly attitude made up for it.
