I took my daughter here for her first check-up, and I’m so glad I did! The doctor was fantastic—very patient and thorough. The entire office felt organized, and the staff was super friendly. The only downside was that we had to wait a bit longer than expected. However, I would definitely recommend this office to other parents!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the care my children receive at this pediatric office. From the moment we walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. The staff is incredible—everyone from the receptionists to the nurses are genuinely kind and attentive. We usually see Dr. Poole, and he has a remarkable way of connecting with my kids. He takes the time to explain things in a way they can understand, which eases their anxiety about check-ups. The waiting area is also well-equipped with toys and books, which helps keep the little ones occupied while we wait. My only small complaint would be that sometimes we experience a bit of a wait for our appointments, but I completely understand that great care can take time. Overall, the professionalism and warmth of this place make it worth it. I'm relieved to have found such an outstanding pediatric practice for my family!

I’ve been bringing my kids to this pediatric office for a couple of years now, and I have to say, I love it! The doctors make you feel like family, and they always take the time to listen to my concerns. The check-ups are thorough, and I appreciate how they involve my kids in the conversation about their health. The only minor issue I’ve encountered is that sometimes it can be hard to get an appointment on short notice. But honestly, the quality of care we receive makes any inconvenience worth it. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

As a parent, finding a great pediatrician is crucial, and this practice has exceeded my expectations! The nurses are friendly, and the environment is clean and bright. My son had a bad cold, and Dr. Thomas was incredibly attentive, asking detailed questions and providing excellent advice on how to care for him at home. I appreciate the follow-up phone call to check on his progress, which really shows that they care about their patients. However, I wish their Saturday hours were a little longer, as it can be tough to fit appointments into a busy workweek. Overall, I highly recommend this place for any parent looking for dedicated pediatric care.
