I’ve been going to this practice for a couple of months now, and I have to say that I am genuinely impressed with the level of care I’ve received. Dr. Debassige has a remarkable ability to make me feel heard and valued as a patient. Not only did she spend ample time discussing my health concerns, but she also provided practical solutions that I could easily implement in my daily routine. I appreciated the cleanliness and safety protocols in place, especially during these times; it made me feel much more comfortable. I must mention that while the clinic can get busy, I’ve always been able to make an appointment relatively easily. The welcoming atmosphere and the staff’s professionalism truly stand out. My only suggestion would be to have more flexible appointment hours, as it can be tough to fit into a 9-to-5 schedule sometimes. Overall, I feel lucky to have found such a caring family practice!
