Fantastic service! My Sub-Zero fridge broke down at the worst possible time, but they came to the rescue. They were quick to respond to my call and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived right on time, and his expertise was evident. He identified the issue in no time and had the necessary parts with him to fix it. I was amazed at how quickly he worked! The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the appointment window was a bit broad, and I had to wait longer than expected before he arrived.
