Let me just say, pretzel lovers, you need to visit this gem! I brought my kids here for a fun treat after school, and they were in heaven. We ordered a combo: the original pretzel bites with cheese and a cinnamon sugar pretzel. The bites were perfectly fluffy and came out fresh and warm. The kids devoured those in seconds! Now, the cinnamon sugar pretzel was like dessert in a snack form, making it a huge hit with them. The staff was super patient and friendly, giving us recommendations and allowing us to sample a few flavors before deciding. I also loved that they had a good selection of drinks to pair with the pretzels, including some unique sodas I hadn't seen elsewhere. The only thing I would suggest is having more seating available; it got a bit crowded during our visit. But honestly, the food and service were so good that we didn't mind standing a bit while we enjoyed our snacks. I can’t wait to come back for more flavors and to try their seasonal specials!

This place is a must-visit if you're craving something salty and delicious! I tried their jalapeño cheese pretzel, and it was fantastic! I have fallen in love with this pretzel haven! I visited for the first time last week, and I was blown away by the selection and freshness. I tried the pretzel with garlic butter and parmesan, and it was out of this world! The buttery flavor was rich without being too heavy, and the garlic wasn’t overpowering at all. I also appreciated that they have various dipping sauces to choose from, which adds a fun twist. The service was fantastic; the team was knowledgeable and excited about their products, which made the experience even better. However, I did notice that the line can get pretty long, especially on weekends, so maybe try going during off-peak hours if you can. Despite that, I will absolutely be returning regularly. I can't wait to try more flavors and bring some friends along next time!

What a delightful find! I loved the variety of pretzels available. I tried the cinnamon sugar one, and it was divine! Just the right amount of sweetness. I did think the prices were a smidge high, but I'd still come back for that flavor!
