After moving to the area, I was on the hunt for a good gym, and I am so glad I found this one! It’s open 24/7, which is a huge plus for my busy lifestyle. I can swing by early in the morning before work or late at night, which is a rarity at gyms. I love the atmosphere; it’s not intimidating at all, and everyone seems friendly. The machines are state-of-the-art, and I particularly love the variety of cardio options available. One thing that truly stands out is the personal training staff—they are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about your progress. I had a couple of sessions, and they tailored everything to meet my specific goals, which made a big difference. The only thing I would suggest is that they expand the stretching area, as it can get a bit cramped right after busy classes. Still, I’ve had such a positive experience overall that I can’t imagine going anywhere else!
