I've been banking here for over two years now, and overall, my experience has been quite positive! I had a fantastic experience when I opened my checking account! The staff was incredibly helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. They provided me with all the information I needed without any pressure to make decisions right away. I also liked how they offer free checks, which is a nice bonus. I do think they could benefit from extended weekend hours, as it's tough for people with busy schedules to make it during the week. Still, I’m very satisfied with my banking experience!

As someone who has had a couple of bad experiences with banks in the past, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service here. The tellers are genuinely friendly, and I love that they take the time to get to know their customers. During my last visit, I was greeted with a warm smile, and the representative patiently answered all my questions about my account. I also appreciate the variety of products they offer, especially their competitive interest rates on savings accounts. However, I would suggest improving their app; it can be a bit glitchy at times, and I’ve had issues logging in. Despite that, I believe they’re working on updates, so I’m hopeful it will improve. Overall, I feel valued as a customer, and the community aspect really shows in how they operate!
