I recently joined this fitness program and I’m absolutely loving it! The instructors are incredibly motivating, and their enthusiasm really energizes the entire class. The workout itself is challenging yet approachable, and I can already feel the difference in my strength and flexibility. The studio is bright and clean, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. My only suggestion would be to add more evening classes during the week, as sometimes I struggle to make it to the 6 AM sessions. Overall, a fantastic experience so far!

I started attending classes a couple of months ago, and I’m really impressed with the variety of workouts offered. Each session feels fresh and challenging, which keeps me engaged. The community here is wonderful; I’ve met so many supportive people who encourage each other. I appreciate how the instructors pay attention to everyone’s form and provide modifications as needed. The only downside I’d mention is that sometimes the studio gets a little crowded, especially during peak hours. It can be tough to find a good spot to set up your mat.
