I chose a gel manicure and the technician was meticulous. She took her time to ensure everything was perfect, which I appreciate. I also love that they use organic polishes, so I felt good about my choices. My only small critique would be that the booking process could be a bit more streamlined; it took a few minutes on the phone to finalize my appointment. Overall, though, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll be back for sure!
