I especially appreciate the ability to choose different proteins; the barbacoa is my personal favorite! The staff is super attentive, and I've never had an issue with them being out of anything, which makes the experience smooth. My only suggestion would be to expand the drink menu a bit. While the usual sodas are available, I would love to see some unique Mexican beverages! Still, the overall vibe is cheerful and relaxed, and I appreciate that they keep it open late for those late-night cravings. I also enjoy that they have sustainable practices, making it even more worthwhile to support them. Overall, I’m a huge fan!
