I recently visited this medical laboratory for some routine blood work, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, putting me at ease right away. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I hardly had to wait at all before being called in for my appointment. I appreciated how the technician explained every step of the process and answered all my questions patiently. The results were sent to my doctor promptly, which I really appreciated. My only feedback would be that it would be great if they offered extended hours on weekends for those of us who work during the week. Overall, a fantastic experience; I highly recommend it for anyone needing lab services!

As someone who’s had to get lab work done multiple times, I can say that this location stands out. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff genuinely seemed to care about their patients. I was impressed by how organized everything felt, which made the experience much smoother. The phlebotomist was not only skilled but also had a cheerful demeanor that helped distract me from the needle! I received my results faster than expected, which was a nice surprise. However, I did notice that the parking situation could be a little tricky during peak hours, so arriving early is a good idea. All in all, a great place for anyone needing medical lab services. I will definitely return in the future!
