Visiting this lab was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the facility stood out to me right away, which is always a relief when you're dealing with medical issues. I had a bit of a wait, but the friendly staff kept me informed about my wait time, which I greatly appreciated. The technician who took my samples was not only skilled but also very personable, making the process more comfortable than I anticipated. One small area for improvement could be the signage outside; I had a bit of trouble figuring out where to go upon arrival. Overall, I left feeling positive about my visit and will return whenever I need lab work done again!

I had a great experience here! I was in and out in no time for my tests. The staff was super helpful, and I especially appreciated how they took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. One thing I would suggest is maybe adding some more seating in the waiting area, as it got a bit crowded when I was there. But overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the wait feel shorter. I appreciated that they had a check-in kiosk that made the process quick and easy. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was fantastic—she was friendly, professional, and made sure to explain everything she was doing, which helped ease my nerves. I also liked that they had a variety of appointment times, which made it easy to fit into my schedule. The only small drawback was that it was a bit tricky to find the entrance initially, but once I found it, everything else went smoothly. Overall, I left feeling satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone needing lab work.

I came here for a series of tests and was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. Everyone was attentive, and I felt like my health concerns were taken seriously. The facility was well-organized, and I was called in promptly for my appointment. It was also nice to see that the staff followed all necessary protocols, which made me feel safe during my visit. The only slight downside was the limited hours; I wish they were open on weekends, as it can be difficult for those of us who work during the week to find time. Nevertheless, I would definitely return for any future lab work and would recommend it to friends and family.
