Had a great experience at this office! The staff were super polite, and I appreciated how clean everything was. Dr. Djendou was attentive and made sure to address all my concerns. The only minor issue was that the waiting room was a little packed when I arrived, but I was still seen in a reasonable time. Overall, I walked out feeling better about my health and with a clear plan moving forward. Will definitely be back for my follow-up!

I can't say enough good things about my experience here! I had been searching for a reliable internist after moving to town, and I’m so glad I found this one. The staff were super friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. Dr. Djendou was fantastic! He took the time to go over my medical history in detail, which made me feel like he really cared about my well-being. What I loved most was how he encouraged me to ask questions and was open to discussing various health topics beyond my initial concerns. I did notice that the office could use some updates, as the decor felt a bit dated, but that didn’t detract from the quality of care I received. I recently had my first appointment, and I was genuinely impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the experience much nicer. Dr. Djendou took the time to listen to my concerns, and I appreciated how thoroughly he explained everything about my health. His calm demeanor helped me feel at ease, and I didn’t feel rushed at all during the appointment. The only small downside was that I had to wait about 15 minutes past my appointment time, but it wasn't too bad since the environment was pleasant. Overall, I left feeling reassured and well-informed about my health. Definitely a great place to visit for anyone looking for a caring doctor!

As someone who has visited multiple healthcare providers over the years, I have to say my visit here was one of the better experiences I've had. The office is conveniently located, which is always a plus for me. The front desk staff greeted me promptly, and I appreciated that they reminded me to fill out my forms before my appointment. Dr. Djendou is quite knowledgeable and approachable; he answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I was particularly impressed by his willingness to explain the reasoning behind the tests he recommended. It’s clear he wants his patients to be informed and involved in their own healthcare journey. On the downside, I did have to wait about 30 minutes past my scheduled time, which was a bit frustrating. I understand that doctors can run behind, but it would be great if the office could streamline their scheduling a bit more. Despite that, I felt that the quality of care I received was worth the wait. I plan to return and would recommend him to friends and family!

I had my first visit recently, and while there were many positives, I felt like there was room for improvement. The doctor was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my condition in detail. I liked that he encouraged me to ask as many questions as I wanted, and he answered them all thoroughly. However, I did notice that the wait time was a bit longer than I expected, around 40 minutes past my appointment time. The office staff were friendly but seemed a little overwhelmed. I think some more help during busy times could really enhance the experience. That said, I felt well taken care of once I got in, and I’m looking forward to my follow-up appointment!
