I recently had my first consultation at the orthodontics office, and I couldn't be happier! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. Dr. Smith took the time to explain everything about my treatment plan, which I really appreciated. The office was clean and well-organized, and I didn't have to wait long at all. The only suggestion I have is to maybe add some more seating in the waiting area; it was a bit crowded that day.
