One thing I loved was their clean waiting area, complete with complimentary coffee and Wi-Fi. I was able to catch up on some work while I waited, which was a nice touch. However, the only downside was that they did get quite busy, so I had to wait a little longer than expected for my turn. That said, the quality of service made it worth it!
