I can't say enough good things about this agency! They made what could have been a stressful process into a smooth and enjoyable experience. The team was professional and supportive every step of the way. I loved that they offered online appointments, which was so convenient for my busy schedule. My agent was very patient in answering all my questions, no matter how trivial they might have seemed. She provided me with a lot of great resources on neighborhoods and local amenities, which helped me make an informed decision. The only thing I think could be improved is their availability on weekends, as I had a few queries that could have been addressed sooner. Nonetheless, I am thrilled with my new home and grateful to the team for their assistance!
