After a frustrating experience with another shop, I found this place and decided to give it a try. Best decision ever! The mechanics were not only knowledgeable but also super friendly. I had a complicated issue with my transmission, and they walked me through the entire diagnostic process. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail; they noticed a few other minor issues that I was unaware of and suggested preventative measures instead of just pushing for immediate repairs. The only constructive feedback I have is that the shop could benefit from a more comfortable waiting area with coffee or snacks. Overall, fantastic service and highly skilled technicians. I recently visited this auto repair shop after my check engine light came on, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and excellent customer service. The staff took the time to explain what the diagnostic process would entail, which immediately put me at ease. They were transparent about the costs involved and even offered to show me the parts they would be replacing. I really appreciated their honesty and willingness to answer all my questions. The wait time was pretty reasonable, and before I knew it, my car was ready to go. They even washed it for me! One thing I would suggest is maybe expanding the waiting area, as it felt a bit cramped with a few people there. Otherwise, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of work and customer care. I took my car here for routine maintenance, and I was blown away by the efficiency of the team! They completed the oil change and tire rotation in less time than I expected. I can’t say enough about the great service I received here! I went in for a brake issue that had been bothering me for weeks, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They diagnosed the problem quickly, and I appreciated how they explained everything in layman’s terms, making it easy to understand what needed to be done. They were also upfront about the time it would take and the costs involved, which I found refreshing. The shop was clean and organized, giving off a professional vibe. The only area for improvement would be their phone response time during busy hours; I had to call a couple of times before I could get through. But once I was in the shop, all my worries melted away. I left knowing I had found a trustworthy auto repair shop. Highly recommend!
