I can't say enough good things about this place! The staff members were so friendly and made me feel right at home. My nurse practitioner, Adriel, was fantastic; he really listened to my concerns about managing diabetes and gave me practical advice that I could easily implement. The facility is also very accessible, which is a huge plus for me. The only downside was that I had a bit of a wait for my appointment, but once I was in, it was smooth sailing. Overall, a great experience!

Visiting this endocrinology practice has been a game-changer for me! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and genuine care. Dr. Ansara has an impressive way of breaking down complex medical information into understandable terms. I felt like I was truly part of the decision-making process regarding my thyroid condition. The only criticism I have is related to the appointment scheduling; I wish they had more availability on Fridays since I can only make appointments then. I was really nervous about my first visit, but I was pleasantly surprised by how attentive and compassionate everyone was at this office. Dr. Whetzel-Schill took the time to go over my diabetes management plan thoroughly and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. The environment is calm and professional, which I appreciate when discussing something as important as my health. My only suggestion would be to streamline the check-in process, as it seemed a bit disorganized when I arrived. Despite that, I left feeling confident about my treatment plan and eager to see improvements.
