I’ve been banking here for a few years, and my experience has been mostly positive. The staff members are friendly and always ready to help, which makes in-person visits pleasant. I appreciate the variety of services they offer, too. However, there have been a couple of occasions where I had to wait longer than expected during peak hours, which was a bit frustrating. I understand they can get busy, but perhaps adding more staff during those times could enhance the experience even more. Overall, I’m satisfied with my banking operations and would recommend checking them out for their exceptional customer service!

As a new homeowner, I was a bit overwhelmed by the mortgage process, but the team here was absolutely amazing! From the first consultation to the final signing, they were supportive and informative. My loan officer was particularly attentive, answering all my questions and walking me through every step of the process. Their responsiveness made me feel valued as a customer. Plus, I loved the transparency in their fees, which is rare in this industry. If I had to offer a suggestion, it would be to extend their hours a bit on Saturdays to accommodate those of us who are busy during the week. I recently switched to this bank after being with my previous one for years, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made! I was particularly impressed with how patient they were when helping me set up my online banking. The online interface is user-friendly and intuitive, which is a huge plus for someone like me who isn’t too tech-savvy! The only downside is that they close early on Fridays, which can be a bit inconvenient for those who work full-time.
