I had an excellent experience bringing my SUV in for some body work after my daughter accidentally scraped it against a pole. The team was super friendly and reassuring, which was a plus since I was feeling quite stressed about the whole situation. They provided a detailed estimate and worked with my insurance to make everything smooth and easy. The quality of the work is outstanding! My car looks brand new. The only thing I would point out is that they could improve their follow-up process; I felt a bit left in the dark during the repair time.
