I had a pretty good experience here. The team was knowledgeable and got my new tires installed quickly. What stood out to me was their willingness to explain things; they showed me the wear on my old tires and helped me understand why it was time for a change. The prices were fair, too! I would say the only downside was that the shop seemed a bit crowded during my visit, which made me feel rushed. It might be worth scheduling an appointment if you can. The staff was very approachable and took the time to listen to my concerns about my vehicle. They explained which tires would be best for my SUV, taking into account my driving habits and local weather conditions. I appreciated their expertise and felt confident in their recommendations. The work was done in a timely manner, and they even washed my car after replacing the tires, which was a lovely surprise! My only critique would be the waiting area – it could use a bit of an upgrade. A few magazines or a coffee machine would enhance the overall experience. Despite that, I walked away very satisfied and will definitely return for future tire services.
