I had a great experience at this hair salon! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at ease as soon as I walked in. I was impressed by the range of services they offered. I decided to go for a haircut and color, which I was a bit nervous about. However, my stylist was super knowledgeable and gave me great suggestions that really suited my face shape and skin tone. I loved the end result! The only thing I would suggest for improvement is that they could use a few more stylists during peak hours, as I noticed a bit of a wait time. I opted for a balayage and a trim, and I was blown away by the results! The color turned out absolutely stunning, with natural-looking highlights that brightened my face. The stylist was attentive throughout the process, checking in with me frequently. One minor feedback would be that they could have a wider selection of beverages available for customers during their appointment. Nevertheless, I left feeling rejuvenated and confident. Had such a lovely time getting my hair done! The stylist listened to my concerns and gave me exactly what I asked for. My only tiny suggest is they could improve their online booking system a bit, as it was slightly confusing. But other than that, fantastic service!
