I recently visited this shoe repair shop after my beloved winter boots needed some serious TLC. The staff was extremely friendly and took the time to understand what I wanted done. After my dog chewed on my favorite sneakers, I thought I would have to toss them out. However, I decided to give this place a shot after hearing great things from a neighbor. The customer service was exceptional; they took time to listen to my concerns and offered multiple solutions. I chose to have the damaged areas patched up and even added some fresh laces to give them a new look. When I came back to pick them up, I was genuinely amazed. They looked far better than I expected, and the repairs were seamless. The pricing was very fair too, considering the quality of work. They even gave me tips on how to maintain them better in the future. The only suggestion I have is to extend their hours, as I would love to come by after work sometimes, but I understand that they have their schedule. Overall, a fantastic experience and I will definitely be back!
