I had a great experience at this dermatologist's office! From scheduling the appointment online to my actual visit, everything was seamless. The staff was incredibly nice, and Dr. Ort was attentive and skilled. He assessed my skin issue promptly and suggested a treatment plan that was easy to follow. I especially liked that he explained the reasons behind each step, which made me feel involved in my treatment. If I had to offer a bit of constructive feedback, it would be nice if they could extend their hours a bit, perhaps opening on Saturdays occasionally. Overall, highly recommend!
