Taking my daughter to see Dr. Hertle was a wonderful experience. The office is bright and cheerful, which I think is great for kids. The staff greeted us as soon as we arrived and made sure my daughter felt comfortable before the examination. Dr. Hertle was friendly and professional, explaining each step of the process to us. He even showed her some of the tools he would be using, which made her feel like a little scientist! The only area for improvement would be the scheduling process; it took a bit longer than I anticipated to get an appointment. Nevertheless, once we were there, the care was exemplary. I left feeling informed and confident that my daughter's eye health was in excellent hands. I would definitely recommend him to any parent looking for a pediatric eye doctor!

Absolutely fantastic experience! Dr. Hertle is a gem in the field of pediatric ophthalmology. My son had an appointment recently, and I was blown away by how quickly and efficiently the whole process went. The waiting room was kid-friendly, with plenty of toys and books to keep him entertained. Dr. Hertle was thorough yet quick—perfect for keeping the little ones' attention! He has a way of explaining things that is so easy to understand, even for a child. I felt like we were in very capable hands. Highly recommend him!
