Finding a good family practice is always a challenge, but I can confidently say that I’ve found the best here. Dr. Flynn and his staff have made my experience nothing short of wonderful. On my first visit, I was struck by how comfortable the environment was; it felt more like visiting a friend than a doctor’s office. Dr. Flynn’s bedside manner is amazing—he is genuinely interested in my health and well-being, always asking detailed questions and providing useful advice. The nurses are just as attentive and kind, making sure each patient feels valued. I also love that they have a wheelchair-accessible entrance, which is a must for me. If I had to point out an area for improvement, I would mention that the office hours could be a bit more flexible, especially for working individuals. After moving to the area, I was on the hunt for a new family doctor, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The office has a warm and welcoming atmosphere right from the moment you step in. Dr. Flynn is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to all my concerns during my first visit. I really appreciated how he explained everything in detail, making it easy for me to understand my health better. The staff, too, was very friendly and efficient, which made the whole experience seamless. One thing I wish they could improve on is the wait time; I had to wait about 30 minutes before my appointment, but once I was in, I felt like I was given quality time and attention. Overall, I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a thorough and caring family physician. I’m looking forward to my next appointment and continuing my health journey with Dr. Flynn and his team!

I have been seeing Dr. Flynn for a few years now, and I have to say, his dedication to patient care is unmatched. He is always so thorough and never rushes through appointments. It’s evident that he truly cares about his patients. The office is well-organized, and the staff is friendly, making scheduling appointments a breeze. I particularly appreciate the online care option, which is so convenient, especially when I need quick advice or a prescription refill. The only downside is that the office can get a little busy, and sometimes the phone lines are hard to get through. However, if you’re patient, it’s worth the effort because the care you receive is exceptional. I feel lucky to have found such a compassionate and skilled physician!

I had my first visit to this family practice recently, and I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. From the friendly receptionist to the thorough consultation with Dr. Flynn, everything went smoothly. I felt like my concerns were taken seriously, and Dr. Flynn explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The only minor issue I encountered was that the waiting room was a bit crowded during my appointment time. However, I think that just speaks to how popular Dr. Flynn is! I left feeling more informed about my health, and I’m glad to have found such a caring physician. I will definitely be returning for future check-ups!

I recently made the switch to this family practice based on a friend's recommendation, and overall, I've had a positive experience. Dr. Flynn is very personable and seems genuinely interested in getting to know his patients, which is refreshing. The online appointment system is also a huge plus; I was able to book my visit at my convenience. However, I did find the office to be a little on the noisier side during my visit, which made it hard to concentrate when discussing health matters. I think some soundproofing could really enhance the patient experience. Despite that, the quality of care I received was exceptional, and I feel confident in the treatment I’m receiving. I look forward to my follow-up and hope to see improvements in the office environment!
