I had a great experience with Dr. McDonough! He was incredibly thorough and made sure I understood my diagnosis and treatment options. The office was clean and welcoming, which put me at ease right away. I did notice that the appointment scheduling seemed a bit chaotic; perhaps they could improve that aspect. Nevertheless, I’m really glad I found him!

Dr. McDonough is truly dedicated to his patients. He spent a lot of time reviewing my test results and answering all my questions. I felt genuinely cared for during my visit. The office is wheelchair accessible which is a huge plus for those who need it. If you're looking for a hematologist who listens, I highly recommend him. Just a small suggestion: maybe having clearer signage for directions within the office would help new patients.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. McDonough. During my first visit, he took the time to understand my medical history in detail, and he seemed genuinely interested in my concerns. One thing I would suggest is improving the waiting area; it could use a little more comfort and perhaps some reading materials to pass the time. Still, that didn't diminish the quality of care I received.
