As someone who's moved around a lot, I've banked with several institutions, and I can confidently say that this one stands out. The customer service here is top-notch! I visited to set up a business account, and the banker was knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions regarding fees and services. I felt valued as a customer, which isn’t always the case with larger banks. The online banking platform is user-friendly, too. I do wish they had extended hours during the week because I sometimes find it tricky to make it in before closing time. Still, the Saturday hours help a lot! I recently switched to this bank after hearing great things from friends, and I have to say, I am impressed! The friendly staff made me feel welcome from day one.
